We always send 2 cleaners to clean your home.they are on schedule and will arrive at around the same time for each house cleaning appointment.

 

Your home will always be on a schedule and the cleaners will arrive at around the same time for each house cleaning.  We won't show up on Monday when you're scheduled for Wednesday, stand at your front door and try to convince you that cleaning today would be more convenient for "us".

We customize our services to your needs, house cleaning once a week or every two weeks. We typically send two cleaning ladies or a team of three and do not make arbitrary changes to your assigned house cleaning person(s).*it may happen that only one cleaner may show up, due to uncontrollable circumstances.*

So what do you get if you hire Maid with Style to clean your home

  • The cleaning is tailored to meet your individual requirements
  • Two cleaners will normally attend(1 cleaner may show due to uncontrollable circumstances)
  • All staff are thoroughly checked before allowing them into domestic cleaning
  • We clean between the hours of 8.00 am and 4pm Monday to Friday

  • we give our self a two hours window to arrive at your home, due to weather and uncontrollable conditions.
  • We always come with two cleaners(on some occasion it may happen that a cleaner calls in sick and we can only send 1 cleaner) and for safety and security reason and will take between one hour and a half, to two hours on a maintenance cleaning, depending on the size of the house, and 2 and a half hour to three hours to complete a initial clean. depending on the square footage of your home and the cleaning needed.

Complete Initial Cleaning Service

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Vacuum all carpets
  • Dust ceiling fans (only on initial cleaning)
  • Clean mirrors and glass surface
  • Wipe window sills
  • Clean glass doors
  • Clean prints on windows/doors
  • Reline waste baskets
  • Wash all floors
  • Dust light fixture and bulbs
  • Polish fixtures
  • all of your basic vacuuming
  • sweeping, mopping, dusting of all furniture
  • floor boards, window cells
  • bathrooms (floor, shower, tubs, sink and vanity)

  • Countertops cleaned
  • Outside of range hood cleaned Cabinet exteriors generally cleaned

  • Clean outside of Refrigerator, Oven and Dishwasher
  • Wipe off Table & chairs
  • Microwave inside/out
  • Floors are carefully washed (wood is damp-mopped)
  • General dusting
  • Dish washing (if requested at extra charge)

Bathrooms

  • Clean glass shower doors inside and outside
  • Clean and dry sinks, and clean and polish faucets
  • Vacuum and/or mop floor
  • Tiles and faucets cleaned, rinsed and left sparkling

  • All areas dusted on top, on the front and underneath
